for 35 years until his
retirement in 2000, was
appointed to the board in
2005 and won election in
2007. He is president of the
Lakelands Community
Homeowners Association and
the village's representative on
the Plainfield Economic

Assistant State’s Attorney and
General Counsel to the Illinois
Senate Judiciary Committee,
Attorney Rippy is a graduate
of the Virginia Military Institute
and received his law degree
from DePaul University.
